ORDER CHANGES

Please review your shipping information carefully before placing your order.

If you need to update your shipping address, email support@viggious.com within one hour of placing your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or shipped.

LOST, STOLEN OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, VIGGIO is not responsible for delays, loss, theft or damage that occurs during transit.

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it:

• Confirm that the shipping address on your order is correct.
• Check around the delivery location and with nearby neighbors.
• Allow up to 48 hours, as carriers may occasionally mark packages as delivered before they arrive.
• Contact UPS directly to request additional delivery details or open a claim.

We hope you love your VIGGIO order. If it’s not quite right, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To begin a return or exchange, email support@viggious.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. Our team will provide a complimentary return label and instructions.

Only items purchased directly from www.viggious.com are eligible for return. Purchases made through another retailer must be returned to the original place of purchase.

HOW TO RETURN

1. Contact support@viggious.com to request a return.
2. Print the prepaid UPS label provided by our team.
3. Securely pack your item(s) in the original shipping box or another suitable package.
4. Attach the return label and drop off your package at any UPS location.

You may also arrange a pickup with UPS by calling 1-800-PICK-UPS. Additional UPS pickup fees may apply.

REFUNDS

Once your return arrives, please allow 7–10 business days for it to be inspected and processed.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES

To request an exchange, contact support@viggious.com.

Exchanges are processed as two separate transactions: a refund for the returned item and a new charge for the replacement item. Because bank processing times vary, the new charge may appear before the refund is reflected in your account.

Exchange items are subject to availability and payment authorization.

PAYPAL ORDERS

Orders placed through PayPal are eligible for return. If you would like a different item, we’ll process a refund to your original PayPal account and help you place a new order.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item is damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, email support@viggious.com with:

• Your order number
• The email address used to place the order
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging

Please keep the original item, shipping box and packaging materials until our team has reviewed your request.
