We aim to process and ship all orders within 1–2 business days. Orders are shipped via UPS Ground and typically arrive within 3–7 business days after leaving our warehouse.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, delivery dates and times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Shipping fees apply to eligible one-time and subscription orders.

A flat $9.99 shipping and handling fee applies to orders of $48.99 or less. Shipping rates are listed in USD and may be updated at any time.
ORDER CHANGES
Please review your shipping information carefully before placing your order.
If you need to update your shipping address, email support@viggious.com within one hour of placing your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or shipped.
LOST, STOLEN OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, VIGGIO is not responsible for delays, loss, theft or damage that occurs during transit.
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it:
• Confirm that the shipping address on your order is correct.
• Check around the delivery location and with nearby neighbors.
• Allow up to 48 hours, as carriers may occasionally mark packages as delivered before they arrive.
• Contact UPS directly to request additional delivery details or open a claim.
